Return and Refund Policy

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all sales of adult products are final. Due to the personal nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a product has been purchased and shipped. We cannot resell items that have left our facility.

Exceptions: Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
